  Exquisite pale hue, somewhere inbetween peach, orange, brick and salmon. Elegant, subtle, delicious nose, like a cooler take on peach melba. Hints of yeast, caraway, vanilla, green grass and herbs. Dry, very light, restrained palate, very fine indeed, with a narrow beam of ripe sweet fruit. Long, superior, slightly bitter aftertaste of red grapefruit and a touch of wormwood. 12,5%. All about elegance, class and finesse.
