Long cork. Pale - even a touch of green. Slightly reticent but beautiful Chablis nose of citrus framed by chalk and mineral notes. Appropriately chisled profile on the palate for Montee de Tonnerre. White flowers. No excess weight here but fully ripe with good presence across the palate moving towards a really long and powerful finish driven onward by completely adequate if not pronounced acid. Balanced. Listed at just 13%. This is quite delicious now, with an admirable restraint for a 2019. Impressively classic for the vintage. Should be kept a bit longer. Very happy to have six of these. Yum !

Needs time. Has that oyster shell chablis aroma. Closed on day 1, starts to open up on day 2 and show more chablis character. But it does seem rather low acid/ripe. Will it ever gain tension?

Grønne og gule epler, kritt og sitronskall på nese. Høy konsentrasjon med sitrus, Gule epler, grønne epler, kritt, sjø, litt nøtt og hvite blomster. Ren, mineralsk og svært lang. Klassisk vellaget chablis. Trenger tid.92

Amazingly smooth, balanced finish and decent punch of fruit - likely needs some more time in bottle but I was very impressed
