  Tasted after a one hour decant. Dark ruby in colour with lovely aromas of leather & chocolate. On the palate, full bodied juicy & tart black fruit, blackberry/cassis/boysenberry, sweet tobacco, well integrated oak as cedar, floral, chocolate, medium to high acidity, high soft tannins with a long finish to sour cherry, chocolate & minerality. Seven years old, but juicy & fresh, with excellent complexity. Really well done!

  95 Jan 2022 👃 perfume, sweet strawberry, violet, everything that is good. 👅 High acid, fresh PLUMS, so juicy. Not getting much else right now. Maybe it is simple, but it's absolutely delicious!
  
  Jun 2023 same as original notes but I'd add black fruit mixed with fresh black plum skins. Oak tannins, and just maybe a slight meaty note as well. Maybe overzealous with the 95 but maybe not, it is indeed delicious!
