  By the glass. A full biodynamic elaboration of muscat grape very expressive and really dry at the same time. There is no room for sweetness here. Nor on the palate where the colossal acidity and length would make many Riesling Trocken wines blush. It deserves a review in the future. It has lost "Familie Saahs" no reason why.
  
  Por copas. Una elaboración biodinámica plena de fruta moscatel muy expresiva y seca a la vez. No hay margen para el dulzor aquí. Tampoco al paladar donde la descomunal acidez y longitud haría sonrojar a muchos vinos Riesling Trocken. Merece una revisión a futuro. Ha perdido a la "familia Saahs" sin motivo.
