  Lemon blossom, grassy notes and citrus peel on the nose. Vibrant acidity. Grapefruit and green chili flavors dominate, with minerals rounding out the finish.

  Aromas of tropical fruit, lime, apple and fresh cut grass. Flavors of apple, lime, star fruit and hint of minerality. Ends with a citrus and mineral finish of 15+ seconds.
