Dark ruby. Aromas of red and dark fruit, lilacs, mocha, a light touch of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine has a broad and generous spread of dark berry, plush mouth feel, medium to high acids, smoothly integrated tannins with some lingering astringency, medium to high alcohol well constrained by the other elements. Long aromatic finish.
