Despite having the nose of a musty old trumpet, this Riesling from the Rheingau drank really well and was much better than the Dr. Fischer Riesling 2009 http://bit.ly/aJQHAl

10.5%, AP 22 016 011 04. For the first hour, there is no nose at all. Crystallinity, mild apple and lime flavors, and mild sweetness, a balanced package. Full-bodied, yet lip-smacking acid. On day two, not oxidized but not coming alive either. Good+
