Sweet honey, honeysuckle, ripe apricot, and yellow apples accompany the petrol carried by a noticeable amount of residual sugar. Paired very well with Szechuan food. It’s a good deal at $16 and I just wish I had more bottles to see how it’s developed in a few years.
