  Interesting and complex wine from Estado Liquido in Portugal. Aromatic nose of red fruit, dried fruit and pine forest. The palate is medium to light bodied but with bags of character and flavours of sappy redcurrant and raspberry fruit and bright acidity. Not cheap at 32 euro for a 50cl bottle but this is a wine with very low yields grown in deep, sandy soils grown on the Atlantic coast, it takes some making!
