  Elegant, earthy nose of red fruit, rose petals, potting soil, thyme, slight barnyard, pencil shavings and burnt toast, perfectly balanced palate of early picked strawberry and red plum with secondary notes of charred oak, milk chocolate, cola and and suggestion of white pepper, firm, grippy tannins, lengthy finish. Fantastic example.
