  Appearance
  The wine is pale lemon, clear at the edge
  
  Nose
  The wine exhibits medium intensity with aromas of lemon, grapefruit, green apple, pear, white blossoms, and wet stones.
  
  Palate
  The wine is off dry with medium (+) intensity, medium body, medium (+) acidity, and medium alcohol. The wine exhibits flavors of lemon, grapefruit, bosc pear, green apple, tea, with a surprisingly long lemony custard finish.
  
  Conclusions
  The wine is very good. It should be consumed now. And we will be doing just that this evening alongside lemon shrimp, scallop and lobster pasta. Life and wine are good!
