Distinctive cider, hay, apple aromas. Smells on the natural spectrum. Flavours carry though to the palate, elevated acidity, quite bracing. Some stony minerality and creaminess on the finish which is long and leesy. Opens up to way more mineral and creamy notes, gripping texture. Really nice but slightly unusual chard.
