This wine is very typical of a CA chardonnay on the appearance and nose. It's a medium bodied wine, harmonious wine with a fresh finish. I get some peach, melon, and lemon on the palate along with noticeable nutty butter from the distinct oak. Overall, this is a good, sound, varietal chardonnay. You'll enjoy your $30 value as long as you're not looking for something like an Aubert or Wayfarer.
