  Very fragrant, floral nose of white flowers, then a distinct nuttiness, turning to slight vanilla-caramel after 2nd taste; lovely mouth, elegant, medium body with complex but subtle notes. A dose of minerality keeps it from cloying, although it is dry. Beautiful lively finish. Very nice, very well made, and very nice and fresh after 10 years. especially for an Aussie Chard!
