Nice caramel and lemons on the nose. Absent on the attack. Nice mid-palate when it shows up. Somehow a little awkward on the finish. Wine was just okay...but it went very well with the Linguine and shrimp scampi dish we made. Good example of a good pairing making both the wine and food better.

Light golden with slightly earthy aromas including melon and citrus. Full nectar with mild acidity compounding flavors of green stonefruit with a touch of butterscotch.

Nose is subdued from a fruit point of view, getting slate/stone and some hints of floral on the nose, fruit is in the background. On the front palate the oak and vanilla kind of step on the pear, the finish is all pear and maybe green apple, a nice clean finish. Still a good Cali Chard. I'm finding my palate is moving more towards white Burgundy and more specially Chablis, having said that, this wine still stands up to that palate shift. My wife has moved way of fthe oak and is not as keen on this wine as she has been in the past.

Golden yellow color. Nose of white fruits and vanilla. Palate with pears and sweet apple but mostly oak and butter. Lacks acidity and minerality for my taste but probably a good example of a CA chardonnay.

A very good Chardonnay. Aging has removed any harshness and revealed a wonderful wine.
