Dinner at D Cuisine (Chicago, IL): Didn't really like this -- it had a bit of an oxidative, browning quality that I just couldn't get over. Other than that, most of the expected hallmarks of a Loire white are there -- high acidity and that classic wooliness.

Intense ripe lemon, minty notes A fruity Loire Chenin that was neither overly reductive nor overly oxidative in style It does however need many more years to show its best 90-92

Very high acidity. wax and wool, lemon zest - much more enjoyable on day 2.
