  12,5% alc. Volledige vergisting in inox + 3 maand op depot.
  Oog: Kristal helder, vol, citroengeel, grote viscositeit, trage vette tranen.
  Neus: Zuiver, aanvankelijk gesloten, na walsen vol, steenvruchten, limoen, peer, pompelmoes, ananas, een wit pepertje en een beetje mineralig. (appel en boter vind ik niet terug)
  Mond: Molligheid en zuren (+1), een afdronk van een 4 sec. met een bittertje. Chardonnay met nadruk op frisheid in de afdronk vanwege het zuurtje.

  This was NOT like any Chardonnay I have ever tasted. Definitely more like a Sauvignon Blanc. It was so terribly (literally) acidic that we could not finish our glasses. It does have a screw top, however, so we saved it for the next day and added an equal measure of club soda to a third-glass and a splash of 7-Up for wine coolers and only then was it even drinkable -- in our OPINIONS of course.
