  Muy rica esta manzanilla, muy accesible y disfrutable. Amarillo dorado. Nariz expresiva, con el perfil del vino criado bajo velo flor, con sus matices anisados, frutos secos, algo de fruta blanca y matices de barniz. En boca tiene carácter, la entrada es buena, hay cierta cremosidad, toques salinos, buenos amargos y bastante persistencia. Muy disfrutable.

  Has all the typical notes of a fortified dry wine, but in a soft and elegant way. Only got a small drop at my own birthday party, but keen to try it again;)

  Typical Manzanilla nose with stored apple and some iodine. Some licorice on the palate. Quite light, not very complex, but fun.

  Deep straw. This is less intense and pungent than other manzanillas and as mentioned by my predecessor in that way a good entrance for newcomers to the world of sherry. It is also not very complex but typical with its nutty and chalky scents and flavors. Anyway I prefer more intense versions of manzanillas and there are offerings in the marketplace fpr less than 10€.

  Manzanilla de crianza "media" (3 años). De color dorado pálido, con toques de frutos secos, algún matiz anisado, algo de manzana, ligeros barnices y en boca con buen ataque, cierto carácter salino, serio, con suaves amargos, paso fácil pero con carácter, crece durante el paso y acaba con raza. No conocía este vino y me parece una excelente opción para adentrarse en el mundo de las manzanillas.
