  drink it quickly!
  
  pale yellow in the glass without much viscosity; good aromas of green apples, with whiffs of guava and minerality on the nose; on the palate some citrusy notes appear on a relatively dry and mineral attack with plenty of acidity to balance the mellow fruit flavours. moderate complexity and medium-body mouthfeel; hints of tropical fruits appear along the edges, giving a sweet touch to the finish.
  
  on the first day it was a more than adequate pairing to lightly spiced thai food. on the second day it was up to the task to accompany cheeses and chicken. by the third day it had become an unremarkable mush (yes, even with a vacu vin).
  
  i'll use the rest for cooking.
