  Wonderful wine. This is done in the more classic Napa style for sure. No extra long hang times and over extraction going on here, in fact you can pick up a few subtle pyrazine notes here that bring out this great vegetal complexity in the wine. I’m suspecting a bit of cab franc in the blend, and it absolutely works. The wine reminds me a lot of Ridge’s Monte Bello stylistically, which is to say, very old world inspired with great balance and agibility. For about half the price of MB, this wine is an incredible value and worth picking up, no question.
