  • By the glass. Lots of concentration of white fruit on the nose with notes from wood. Soft and firm at the same time on the palate. Long and quickly monotonous. Restaurants and airport halls happy to pour bottles like this. I don’t really know what "wild fermentation" brings.

    Por copas. Mucha concentración de fruta blanca en nariz con notas procedentes de la madera. Suave y firme al mismo tiempo al paladar. Largo y rápidamente monótono. Los restaurantes y salas de aeropuertos felices de escanciar botellas cómo esta. Realmente no se que aporta la supuesta "fermentación espontánea".
