  Nice weeknight Super Tuscan. After a little time to open up, it was lovely with a tomato, sausage and rotini pasta.

  Interesting, very "Italian" cab blend (but doesn't taste like cab sauv at all to me), with lots of fresh acidity alloyed with very ripe fruit; almost a little sweet on the finish though for my palate. We tasted this over 2 days, and on the first night it was all barnyard and "natural wine" volatile smells, but these blew off over time to reveal the fruit. Not really sure where this is headed, but will let my other two sit for a few years and hope for something a little better. Props for it being certified Organic, though.
