We had shrimpburgers last night and finished a bottle of Pezzi King's Miller's Vineyard chard that has some oak, then I opened this unoaked chard from Bouchaine ... not a good idea. No real mouthfeel and more acidic. Next time with the Bouchaine, I'd use lemon olive oil to enhance the wine.

Not as good as previous bottles ... or I prefer some oak with my chard.
