  <Claire Naudin(Domaine Henri Naudin-Ferrand), Cote de Nuits Village 'Viola Odorata' 2018>
  클레어 노당 비올라 오도라타 2018.
  서빙온도는 살짞 높은 17~18도 정도 였는데 딱 좋았습니다.
  오픈 직후에 미세한 브렛이 있었지만 금세 날아가고 매력적인 장미가 올라왔습니다. 장미를 필두로 검붉은 베리, 그리고 삼나무,버섯, 감초의 Whole Cluster 늬앙스가 신선함과 복합미를 만들어 주었습니다.
  팔렛에서의 강건함은 매끄럽게 잘 다듬어져 있었고, 든든한 산미가 노즈와 팔렛의 다채로움을 잘 받쳐 주고 있었는데 모난곳 없이 기본기 튼튼한 그런 팔렛 이었습니다.
  이전에 테이스팅 했을땐 노즈에 비해 팔렛이 부족한 느낌이였는데 이젠 팔렛이 한수 위에 있었습니다. 부르고뉴 2018이 이제 마실만 해지고 있나 봅니다.
