  Super smooth. Premier cru that is meant to be drunk now. Stainless steel tank which did not inhibit a fuller body chablis. I could finish this before my wife comes home tonight but I will save her a glass since I am a good husband. 🤓 I know she will like this one. Mild lemon aroma with just the right touch of mild acidity.
