Disgorged 04.2021 Rather strict style. Bright acidity, aromas of apple and some citrus, chalk and toast. It is very elegant but not too much complex. Probably it will improve with further storage, I believe that grand cru Chardonnay could show more

Had with Easter breakfast. The Champagne has a nose apple, lemon peel and a toastiness fairly typical of Champagne. Tremendous balance perhaps due to the Non Vintage style. This style really does help resolve acidty which can be so dominant in Champagnes. Finish is pear, yellow apple and a limestone minerality.

First wine of the night. It had once again a nose of green apple, lemon rind and a was very toasty in a style which was fairly typical of Champagne. Tremendous balance perhaps due to the Non Vintage style. This style really does help resolve acidty which can be so dominant in Champagnes. Finish is pear, yellow apple Nd limestone minerality.
