Bouteille ouverte de quelques jours. Joli bouquet à la fois beurré et grillé. Bouche possédant de bons extraits secs et un bel équilibre se terminant dans une longue finale ou subsiste toujours un peu de puissance.

Delicious ripe apples and yellow plums, bright acidity to balance the fruit, and a noticeable oak note on day one. On day two, the oak has dissipated some, and the pure sweet ripe fruit is intense. Lightly saline and very long finish. There is lots going on here that should develop into a beauty given time. Me, I will enjoy the primary fruit while I can.

Meursault like in the old days with plenty of butter, rich, creamy textur, fine citrus and beautiful balance. Drinking extremely well young, I dont see a great upside here - though it will certainly keep. #Lolli

The Grand Finale: The Last Plum Tasting & Wine Sale (Chicago, IL): I suspect others liked this more than I did. It's definitely Meursault-like, but I would have wanted even a little more oomph given that this is from top real estate. Quite generous with the fruit and oak here, but without too much reduction. The sweet 2019 fruit is pretty clear here, and yields a really nice broad texture. Not sure how this will play out with time, but this is a pretty good bottle to drink right now.

Decent but clearly too fat, ripe.
