Ripe, fleshy, and fairly accessible. Sour cherries, dried hibiscus and wild strawberries. Nose is rather mineral. Tasty. 12.5% ABV. 90-91+ (One extra point for still drinking well on the next day.)

Drank over 3 days. Hearty dark fruit mingled with some soy flavors. Reminds me a bit of some Oregon Pinot. While the tannins are soft you can sense there’s lots of ageability to this wine.

Let it open, Oak was strong at first, but fruit won, will let remaining bottles age a bit.

Bright red fruits, white pepper, peet. Enjoyable young burgundy.

Very light. Very clean. Pencil lead. Some cherries, some licorice. Short finish. Mildly acidic. Ate with fettuccine Alfredo and mushrooms.
