1 Time i karaffel.

Tekstur fyldig, fettsltig. Ettersmak minner noe bakt syrlige epler.

Medium yellow gold - ready and complex nose of gardenias, bartlett pears and green herbs - maybe tarragon chiefly. Quite thick and viscous and heady and weighty for a bourgogne level wine from a maker who seems to put a fair modicum of energy into said level routinely excelling in both blanc and rouge. Of course this is no secret and Le Moine’s blanc and rouge often push beyond 50$/btl. All in all it’s a square deal when the stuffing is such as in this one.

very aromatic with citrus & light herb underneath, a bit dry and acidic but very balanced with mid length of aftertaste, I like it more than PYCM Bourgogne Blanc or Leroy Bourgogne Blanc.
