  Wunderbar gesetztes Dunkelrot im Glas, die Nase irritiert zuerst mit sehr direkter Attacke, nach ein paar Schwenkern entfaltet sich ein komplexes Aromenbild von dunklen Beernfrüchten und Gewürzheide. Diese delikate Mischung setzt sich am Gaumen unvermindert fort, ich finde das lang anhaltende, auskleidende Gefühl im Mund sehr erfrischend und harmonisch. Die Gerbstoffe sind durchaus präsent, aber in keiner Phase störend.
