  Zippy with some lemon and lime zest. Good underlying flavors of pear and kiwi. Long finish

  Interesting wine - fairly dark golden in decanter, very exotic on nose and so salty on palate. Turned more acidic and citrusy with time. You can tell this baby will sing in the future as it's hiding a lot now.
