  • Pnp, drank over two days. Medium yellow with green hints. Slap in the face-oak, smoke, sourcream, ripe lemon, tropical fruit. Ripe and round but with sufficient acidity. The fruit comes through better on day 2. Successful in its rich and oaky style (which isn’t one I prefer). Should hold up for a bit of cellaring. Don’t hesitate to decant, and pair it with something rich and creamy!

  • This is another great stellenbosch Chardonnay that hiding under the radar. Full but balanced. There is oak but well integrated and that follows throughout. Nose to the last long lingering taste.

  • Served by the glass. Fermented in barrels whose imprint is felt both on the nose and in the mouth. Those primary citrus aromas fight with the memories of smoked nuts. On the palate acidity fights with oak integration. It’s a long way to my radar of interest. Sorry.
