Decanting but poured an opening glass since this is the 1st Peddler (Magnum) I have tried. Pretty typical of Delmas rocks wines, not as masculine as Cayuse, Horsepower or Rotie but it definitely has the rocks funk, mushroom and forest floor. Deep purple juice and showing a long velvety finish. This is going to drink well tonight even though it is still a little young. Pairing with prime rib stew.

My first trip to Walla Walla; 5/12/2022-5/14/2022 (Walla Walla, Washington): 100% new French oak, whole cluster, from magnum. Stalk and mineral on the nose. More masculine with more concentration than the regular Syrah. I love this, really special, it is getting more complex each time I go back to the glass.
