  • I had this at a fine hotel while traveling. I hadn’t had this before, but I was impressed by the fine Chablis characteristics- bright acids, mineral, salt and citrus with some good depth. I confess I had a glass every night of my stay. They also has the 2018 Les Preuses at almost twice the price and it suffered by comparison. This may have been the softness of the 2018 vintage, but I suspect the additional wood on the Preuses didn’t help. In any case, I would seek this one out again.
