  Well structured, well embedded acidity and good overall balance. Citric fruit with burnt caramel on the nose. More agrumes on the palate with apple, melon, roasted almonds, fresh leaves and gravel. Present minerality and saltiness. Good persistence, better on day 2 and better after warming up a little. Very delicious.
