  Würzig, kräutrig mit Anisnoten. Mittlere Säure mit enormen Tanninen. Aus der Flasche nicht trinkbar. Nach 2 Stunden in der Karaffe öffnet sich der Syrah leicht. Bis zum nächsten Abend in der Karaffe atmen lassen. Er zeigt sich viel offener und angenehmer, jetzt mit fruchtigen Noten und sehr viel weicheren Tanninen, die aber immer noch sehr präsent sind. Gut, aber kompliziert. Muss sicher noch reifen.

  Spicy, herbal with notes of anise. Medium acidity with enormous tannins. Not drinkable from the bottle. After 2 hours in the carafe, the Syrah opens slightly. We let him breathe in the carafe until the next evening. It is much more open and pleasant, now with fruity notes and much softer tannins, but still very present. Good but complicated. Must still mature.
