  Day 1:
  This reminded me a lot like the different 2017 Chambolles from Sigaut that I've had. Very meaty, very fleshy, very dark and with this ripe berry sweetness to it. It focused on ripe dark berries and plum while there's a good amount of sous bois with forest floor, oak, mushroom and dark chocolate. The acidity is there and so are the very grippy tannins. I'm not sure if it's the vintage or style, but the berry sweetness combined with the dense structure and not so much lightness and finesse throws me off a bit.
  
  Day 2:
  Tannins have smoothed out a bit but are still present. The acidity, fruits, sweetness and overall profile are still very much the same, but it feels a bit more balanced and has gained a slight more elegance to it. I'm not sure if this will develop into something lighter and more elegant for my palate with more cellaring, but I'd definitely hold off for a few more years if I had more bottles.

  Opened 1 hour before consumption.Good fruit, well integrated.Medium body and finish.In it's drinking window for 2-3 years.Good value village wine.

  VDS 2-62. Jean Pierre Guyon, Gevrey-Chambertin 'Les Platieres' 2017
  
  19빈 만큼의 오픈직후의 폭발적인 노즈는 없다.
  잔잔하게 깔린 장미와 보라색계열의 야생화에서날법한 노즈...아마도 제비꽃. 그리고 라즈베리, 옅은 오라엔탈 스파이시.
  팔렛은 뭐 일단 좋은 산미를 바탕으로 피니쉬의 살짝 달큰함 까지.
  
  19빈의 미니미 버전인듯.
  
  19, 20빈 부터 많이 올랐다는데 직구 가격이라면 17빈도 나쁘지 않은듯.
  하지만 17빈 직구와 비슷한 가격대에 짱짱한 라이징스타도 많지....
