  Smooth balanced and fascinating. not overpowering but very present with a deep garnet color. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like blackberry, red currant and medium toast. beautiful wine that stands on its own but very complimentary with bold dishes while not fighting to center stage

  Very smooth and well balanced. A little astringent on the nose, but incredible balance on the palate. Subtle notes of red fruits. Decent finish. Really nice. Could age a few more years, but not much. I think it’s ready to drink now. Medium to heavy body. George recommendation.
