  From the producer's website:
  36% Sémillon, 60% Sauvignon Blanc, 4% Muscadelle; 9 months in French oak barrels.
  
  The nose is quite intense: fruit (mainly of the sweeter tropical sort), oak, vanilla.
  
  These persist to the palate which is rich (but not cloying), minimal acidity, fruits and minerality in good balance.
  
  The finish is very clean, mineral, rich and persistent.
  
  Overall this is a very nice, smooth, easy drinking but not simple wine. It's pairing very well with some moderately spicy Asian food.
  
  But at ~US$36 this feels just a little pricey for what it is.
