  开瓶立即品尝，颜色浅宝石红微微紫，清晰的生物动力法香气，野蘑菇、草莓果酱、树莓和黑莓风味馥郁，有一些番茄梗和葡萄梗的青味。酒体中等，丹宁中高，酸度高。香气浓度高，口中风味浓度中高，酒精肝比较明显。需要等待一段时间。
  
  等待大概半小时，新鲜水果香气与果酱气息逐渐明显，香草气息显露，微微的皮革、森林湿地、甜香料，有一些深色水果香气，木质感觉显现，酒体提升，丹宁转柔和，整体感觉向更立体平衡转变。酒精感依然很明显。
  
  开瓶大概2小时，进入巅峰状态，香气浓郁、酒体中等、平衡、收口舒适，后味不算很长但是很不错。苦味逐渐显现。
  
  之后就开始下降了。

  Balsamic, blueberry, black currant, slight note of vanilla from oak.
  Starting to show some nuance of raison in 30 mins.
  After an hour and a half, hint of pepper and lavender became stronger.
  Afterwards, scent of earth with moisture, olive and mushroom.
  Acidity was very high.
  
  95 in its best performance but maybe too early to drink.

  WOW! Of course young but boy this 19 vintage can be great and here it is clearly so. Two bottle number 15 & 16 out of a mere 847 had on two different evening but totally consistent. Head spinning whole cluster goodness paired with immense 19 fruit intensity, rich but still a tad crunchy just great - so intoxicating soaring from the glass. Much more interesting than 19 Duval Blochet.

I'm personally not an expert at judging infanticide so it's hard for me to predict how this will turn out in 10 years. But if I was to take a wild guess, I think this will turn out quite nicely once everything integrates. 95+ potential for sure, maybe even 96.
