Plum and sweet cherry palate following by hot finish of juicy acidity and silky tannins. Rather impressive, rich and powerful than complex, slightly unbalanced. Food friendly, well pairing to spicy vegetables stew. Open one hour ahead. Serve 16ºC - 20ºC. Drink now and the next four/six years.

Une curiosité...un 100% petit verdot (selon SAQ.COM) mais selon d`autres sites serait Cab Sauv, Merlot, P-V... et c`est un vin d'Israel à proche 60$! Nez animal, sur les fruits noirs et la fumée. En bouche, corsé et sur l`élevage. Tabac, cerises, prunes et café. Les tannins sont serrés et la finale asséchante. A ce prix, un GROS NON!
