  Deep gold colour. Rich and multi-layered aromatic and flavour profile of minerality, vanilla-oak, toast, melon, citrus zest, almond and a touch of good/clean earth. Shows a great balance of alcohol warmth and fresh/cool acidity. Full-bodied, sapid, complex, lingering finish. This wine has aged beautifully. Who would have thought?!
