  Pale, straw yellow. Crisp nose of lime zest, lanolin and minerals. First sip stings the tongue with acid and then come flavours of more lime zest, white grapefruit, petrol and green pear. Decent weight in the mouth. The sharp acidity is tamed somewhat by the off dry finish. Once down there is a citric flavour blast that is a bit bitter and then a lingering mouthwatering juiciness. Well made, but bit out of balance and too severe to be a sipper. This needs something to tame the acid.
