  Nase: volles Bouquet, fruchtig, Stachelbeeren, noch was Exotisches, würzig
  Gaumen: leichter aber gehaltvoller Körper, angenehme Säure, saftig, leicht samtig, eine leichte Süsse und auch Schärfe, langer Abgang mit einer gewissen Mineralität
  Fazit: sehr schöner, angenehmer Bordeaux-Weisswein. Ein Passepartout für fast jeden Gaumen. Kein 0815-Wein, aber auch keiner, den man nicht auf Anhieb "versteht". Preislich interessant, denn auch Weissweine aus Bordeaux können sich preislich gewisse Höhenflüge erlauben (Stichwort Haut-Brion Blanc, La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc oder Domaine de Chevalier Blanc). Gut, im Vergleich zu ihren Kollegen aus dem Burgund (Montrachet etc.) sind sie preislich Chorknaben. Aber ich schweife ab. Knapp 15 Euro für diesen Wein sind an sich kein Schnäppchen, aber die Qualität ist sehr gut. Deshalb ist der Preis meiner Meinung nach in Ordnung. Ich kann ihn empfehlen.

  Good. Blends the racy grapefruit and pyrazine character of sauvignon blanc with the unctuous character of semillon. Personally, I’d prefer just the sauvignon blanc, or at least less semillon (I think the ratio is 50/50). But the wine is clearly good quality and a steal for $16.

  aroma: Cow Parsley and nettles together with green apples
  taste: gooseberries, nettles and apples in a pleasant combination
  ok length in the taste and less acid-driven
