  Another example of how Alta Langa is developping as a great appelation of sparkeling wine that can compete head-to-head as an Italian alternative to Champagne alongside the Franciacorta wines.
  
  Interestingly this ‘blanc de blanc’ has a slightly pink/straw color. Which apparently is the color you get when using 100% Chardonnay and ‘Pas Dose’ methode.
  This wine is giving that characteristic blend of fresh citrus, some peach and toast and some bread doe. The mouse is very fine and persistent. As is the finnish, which keeps on lingering for minutes. Great with various foods variing from affetato misto to grilled chicken or tuna.
  This one is probably a bit more of a match with food than the Pinot Noir version I had a few weeks back.
