  Ripe berry and milk chocolate nose with savoury, and Asian spice notes. Medium-bodied with very good balance; flavourful finish.

  Pretty good week wine, simple but nothing wrong. Open it 1 to 2 hours before.

  Le 2018 était une bombe de fruits et m'avait charmé totalement. Le 2019 est plus banal et a une finale un peu végétale. Le bois m'a semblé moins bien intégré que dans le millésime précédent. Petit déception donc, et au final un vin plaisant et correct mais qui ne se distingue plus du lot dans cette gamme de prix. Dommage.

  A lovely Ripasso Valpolicella blended with 40% Rondinella, 40% Molinara and 20% Corvina. I got aromas of leather and black cherries, with flavours of black cherries and a smoky finish. Interesting rubis/garnet colour. I paired it with an aragula and cherry tomatoes pizza. 14% alcohol. Classy label and bottle.
