  • Hasn't changed much, still a heavier than normal chardonnay- but not too buttery. Heavy yellow color. Big nose ripe apricots, cardamom, roasted pears and hint of pineapple. Big intial smoooth creamy roasted pear abd caramel. Quickly builds acidity with ripe red and green apples, hint of cedar. The finish adds a slight bitterness of an unripe pear with lite nutmeg. This really finishes strong with a lingering sweetness on back of palate

  • I typically like true balanced Chardonnay, but this has a nice buttery texture that adds a little more weight than typical chard. Beautiful Gold color. Nose of lime zest, lemon grass, mint and hint of vanilla. Starts soft and lite cream, but quickly gains acidity abd tartness. Starts with creamy cedar and apples, then builds with Limeade and green apple. Finish has an added vanilla and nutmeg while fruit fades. A chardonnay that leans a little towards heavier, buttery style - but still has nice acidity.
