Superb with fresh fish cooked for dinner at our house at the sea!
Last time I wrote: This wine is so straight, clear, precise. Super youthful but already so enjoyable, pure yellow stone fruit, silky and long in the finish and the oak is superb with a Chablis touch.
I would say the best wine evolved superb. Salty, salty lemon, lime, pear, sharp and on point! Stony and long. Blind I’m in Chablis with a top producer! Superb with fish!

This was a really delicious wine. It has a texture and weight that makes you think of both Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc, and could easily be mistaken for a white Burgundy (possibly a really nice one from the Mâcon). All in a pretty sleek frame. Lovely.

This was my one and only bottle of this 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Blanc (Weissburgunder) blend. I am well aware that I could have waited on it as I know that age would have only made this better, but sometimes you just need to open a bottle and see what is inside. I have been excited to try more wines that show the expanding collaboration between father and son. The young and very talented Felix is pushing his passion for Burgundy with his love for his local terroir and special vineyard sources. This was open for nearly 3 hours before diving into it and immediately showed itself to be wonderfully elegant. A wine of beautiful weight, bright acidity and chalky minerality. The nose showed notes of pears and sweet herbs while the palate was both quite fresh with zippy notes of lemon and waxy with textural notes of the Weissburgunder coming through. What struck me the most with this wine was the elegance and precision. It was classy, refined, and delicious. There is a lot to be excited about with this wine and the other forthcoming Burgundian offerings from Felix and KP. Watching the tri generational collaboration of the Keller family is both heartwarming and inspirational, not that I needed any more of a reason to support this world class estate.

very elegant, slighty reductive, oak is detectable but very well integrated, some apricot, ripe pear, fresh and vibrant minerality
