94. nose of lemon and lavendar. smooth on the palate, quince apple, citrus, lemon, saline. fresh high acidity, with notes of butter and caramel on the finish. Finish is very long. delicious wine, burgundy style. elegant and complex, pleasantly surprised with this from chile.

Aromatic nose of freshly sliced apples and pears, sea salt, cucumber, coastal breeze, wet stones, lavender bush and lemon oil, wrapped in layers of gun flint, honeysuckle and a hint of aniseed. Intense and Chablis-inspired, but the prominent coastal inflections bring to mind something like Catena Zapata’s White Stones. Well-proportioned mouthfeel, very dense, but huge acidity and powerful salty, flinty notes enveloping a core of ripe citrus. Over time, the salty notes become a little overbearing, but elegant hints of jasmine and honey also emerge. The lingering saline finish sizzles in the mouth. Lovely terroir driven Chardonnay.

The wine is overpriced. The wine is still too young. Lack of depth and aroma typical of Chardonnay wines. The trend is more towards medium quality "Pino Grigio". You can find much better wines for the price.

94-95pts. Opened my second bottle, which showed as well as the first. This can be tasted in a flight of Cru Chablis without missing a beat. One of the very best Chilean Chardonnay currently.

Lemon, minerality, well-integrated oak. It's Chablis-like with a smidgen California Chardonnay. Very nice.
