Simple and tasty, with notes of Golden Delicious apple and nectarine coalescing throughout. Hints of cut flowers weave in, and a mineral note also drops by. Nice patio sipper on a warm Spring afternoon.

Same as last tasting and served at just the right temperature (around 60?). Quite nice and perfect for a Sunday afternoon. I’m glad this is my last bottle as it’s clearly at a nice peak.

Floral and a hint of stone fruit on the nose, ripe pear and white peach on the palate with more floral notes (honeysuckle?). A bit of minerality and M acidity help pull it all together. Not terribly complex, but very enjoyable.
Day 2/3? Fruit recedes and shifts to all stone fruit (apricot/nectarine?) and floral notes take center stage. Feels better integrated at this point.
